** ALWAYS, use a brand new Jack Shaft Axle when installing a New Swingarm. Using a Bent Jackshaft Axel can damage the Bearings during the install process. **

What is included in the Box:

1 Swingarm for LBX - Solid Machined 6160 Aluminum, 4 Part, Welded Construction.  2 Chain Tensioner Wrenches, 1 Jack Shaft Fitment Rod, 1 Swingarm Fitment Rod and  1 Reversible Clamp / Spreader.  

The Reversible Clamp / Spreader - can be used to (1) Squeeze the back of Swingarm " if needed" to fit Jackshaft into the Swingarm. Then insert the Jackshaft Fitment Rod to keep the Jackshaft in place.  This will be helpful when mounting the Swingarm onto the Frame  (2) Can be reversed to spread the Surron Main Frame to make install easier.  

All Surron Frames are slightly different, for example: New Frame and Used Frame can vary by several MM.  In addition, if you have a Powder Coated Frame, this can make the space even tighter to fit the Swingarm.

Swingarm Install Notes: 

Loosen all of the following Bolts on Main Frame before trying to install the Swingarm:        Anything that may be squeezing the Frame -

Motor Mounts, Peg Brackets with Peg Brace, Triangle, Lower Seat Subframe and Back Bash Guard.

If you have a very tight frame, Remove the Rear Shock and Triangle completely, allowing more space to use the Spreader.

Once you have  the Swingarm in Place - Insert the Swingarm Fitment Rod through the Swingarm and Jackshaft - this will push out the Jackshaft Fitment Rod.

Now, you are ready to push your Jackshaft Axle through the Swingarm.
